Landmark Health has established a Center of Excellence (Co E) for Learning & Development that provides guidance and sets training policies and strategies enterprise wide. The Head of Learning & Development, reporting in through HR/Talent Management oversees that Co E and will work closely with the Head of Talent management and the CHRO.
Opportunity is remote only to the following states: CA, KS, KY, LA, MA, MS, MO, NY, NC, OH, OR, PA, RI and WAEstablishes and publishes best practices for Learning & Development that contribute to the resolution of complex organizational challenges. Oversight of all leadership development and essential management skills training for Landmark leaders.
Designs and maintains a menu of learning options (internal and external) tied to Landmark individual and leadership competencies. Regularly provides instructional design and learning structure advice to Landmark various internal training departments on their work products (clinical/operational/market/shared services). Serves as 'subject matter expert' on emerging adult learning theories for use throughout the organization, advising business leaders as they create and produce training materials tied toward their functional expertise.
Leverages a continuous improvement mindset to adapt to new learning theories and flexes as needed to keep curriculum relevant, timely, and effective for the end-user. Partners closely with the HR team on initiatives designed to increase talent capabilities and bench strength of the organization. Oversees the Learning Management System (Cornerstone) and supervises the work of any LMS Administrators.
