The Technical Content Specialist plays a key role in translating technical specifications to simple and concise language and is responsible for creating, writing, and editing various types of service/product documentation, including RFP responses, how-to guides, references, manuals, job aids, or instructions. Working in tandem with Product Management, Sales, Engineering and Marketing, the Technical Content Specialist is also responsible for the overall administration, creation, and maintenance of the knowledge management infrastructure. The Technical Content Specialist will fulfill the role of Document Management process owner.

Outstanding written and oral communication required. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, Confluence and other tools used extensively in the creation, formatting and maintenance of documentation required.
