Job SummarySimple Texting is a fast growing text message marketing and business texting Saa S product company in search of a savvy generalist -- a versatile renaissance type individual to help with general management of the business. Activities may include leading new business initiatives, aspects of operations, HR, or even product.

For example, lead the international expansion of Simple TextingPay close attention to daily operations, recommend and create improved courses of action where necessaryEstablish policies, maintain budgets, and manage operationsOversee performance management, while maintaining a highly inclusive culture ensuring team members thrive, and organizational outcomes are metCommunicating and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) for staff membersOverseeing the monthly financial statement to ensure it is complete, accurate and submitted on time to the directorsStructure channel partnerships and help onboard enterprise clients with unique challengesDemonstrable Abilities RequiredA history of ability to conceive and execute on meaningful initiativesA history of ability to identify talent and promote it.
